Mystery Playhouse was the first commercial haunted house to open in Tallahassee, Florida (from 1999 to 2003). The locals said the building really was haunted. The piano would sometimes play by itself, and workers would be touched when no one else was around. When it was finally sold and boarded up, we managed to use it for one last spooky adventure... We resurrected a famous reporter of the paranormal and sent him inside on a mission to save the world from madmen, monsters, and mass murderers! The Night Slasher meets the menace of The Third Reich!
There are 36 color cards in this series. Each card features an actual scene shot on location in the legendary haunted house. The backs relate a humorous homage that is also a terrifying tale told in hard-boiled reporter style. You'll get the story that the newspapers refused to publish! Plus, you'll get a rare inside look at an unique dark adventure palace that is now lost to the ages.
All 300 sets were sold out, but we have repurchased four of them from the secondary market at full retail.
