Children are permitted, but should have a parent or guardian join them. We try not to target the kids for the intense scares, but when they see the adults screaming in fear, they usually chime in too. (Some folks use their kids as a human shield!)
There are many dark passages and frightening situations. We're not responsible for any nightmares or panic attacks that may occur. You know your child better than we do. If they are easily impressionable, or are scared of the dark, this attraction would NOT be appropriate for them.
There are, however, multiple exits to permit frightened patrons to leave most anywhere during the tour, but there are no refunds. (Scaring customers out the exit early is a compliment to our staff. We don't apologize for terrorizing patrons-- it's what we do!)
