Located less than a mile down Mashes Sands Road from Angelo's Seafood Restaurant and the Ocklocknee bridge, Baybreeze Cottage sits overlooking the state conservation beaches across the Ochlocknee River. If you want a waterfront view of the bay and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, you can't get much closer to the ocean (a stone's throw) and Tallahassee than this (35 miles)!
Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your own screened porch or step outside your backdoor to go fishing, swimming, boating, or lie down in the sand on your own private beach. Please note: the dock belongs to the neighbors and is not included.

Continue down Mashes Sands road for another mile or so, and you'll spill into a beautiful public beach, complete with a boat launch ramp. There's a recently paved jogging/ bike trail along Mashes Sands road as well, leading all the way to the park. That's fine seafood dining at one end of the road, seaside access at the other, and your own private bay-side cottage in the middle!

Pets are considered on a case by case basis, but can increase the rent/deposits, depending on the number, type, and size.
